Free Willy- American family drama that came out in 1993.

The movie start off with conflict with Willy and the young boy being spectated from their family. You can feel the pain from Willy mother as she looks and cry's out to him, and Willy cry's out to her, not understand that would be the last time they would see each other again till much later in life. The young boy pan-handing with other kids that are homeless getting in and out of trouble to live. The movie establish the setting by willy being alone and the young boy founding him only cause the boy is running from the police in the park after it was close for the day and gets caught and place in foster care while, in their care he has to clean up the park. the movie set a tone by showing that the boy is having a really heard time trusting and getting alone with his new foster family and the rules at home. The young boy founds out that he is not the only one feeling out of place, the more time spent at the park he began to learn more about Willy and taking a liking to him. He finds out that he also have no family and he was took from his mother really young. Once the young boy found out that Willy life is in danger, due to the parker owner losing out on money since Willy stop performing at the park he steps in actions and ask others to help save his life by setting Willy free to find and to be with his family.

                     Does America have a leadership problem or a followership problem?

      The problem is inside the problem its self from the election to the next president or the next Bill to be pass. I can agree and disagree with Mr. Brooks and what he is saying he have great points on how we as American look to are leaders to guide us. But what he is not seeing that ever American do have the same tools but not all of them are sharp or updated.

    

      How can some one that comes form the same America soil be born and all ready had a head start from generations of wealth or a different race that only your skin tone can give you a head start. David Brook believe that "Americans don't trust their institutions but their was more trust in the 1925 and 1955 but how was that true? was this only for men or only a select demographics at that time.

      As time pass more Americans began to fight back and stand for human rights for all.

so many leader were made in that time good and bad it only took someone to listen pick apart what needed to be change for the bad to good or good for bad to gain some power and convince a group of people that my way is better.

    This plays into civil disobedience we have to think of were world is today and not think only a few things are wrong now if we don't look at the office and clean house we will never get to the bottom of facing what are problems are in the United States. picking right leaders will help us get back on track. Take this election for the next president of the United States, we have to be able to see are self in one of the runners we don't have to agree with everything but we have to make sure that our basic values are being meet. form health care or paying more or less taxes and more.

    We allow the pass to get away form us at times by forget about the greats that were here before us paving out the paths that allowed for each man to make their own choice or having choices in todays world. late President Eisenhower have one of many powerful quotes this one shares in leadership"

    always try to associate yourself with and learn as much as you can from those who know more than you do, who do better than you, who see more clearly than you". The only way a great leader have a great leadership is first be a great follower you have to put what you feel or think about something to the side. allow yourself time to grow, learn to listen then ask then make a move, some one that all ready did it already did the heard work for you once you get that you can now pick up were they left off.
